Robert Lewandowski memecahkan rekod jaringan hatrik ketika Bayern Munich membelasah Salzburg 7-1 di Arena Allianz untuk layak ke suku akhir Liga Juara-Juara Eropah (UCL) awal pagi tadi.
Selepas bergelut ketika terikat 1-1 dalam perlawanan pertama di gelanggang lawan bulan lalu, Lewandowski memastikan dominasi penuh Bayern di laman sendiri apabila melengkapkan hatriknya seawal minit ke-23. Ia merupakan rekod hatrik terpantas dihasilkan dalam sejarah UCL.
Keadaan itu jelas memberikan tekanan buat Salzburg dan Serge Gnabry kemudian turut menemui sasaran pada minit ke-31 untuk Bayern ke bilik persalinan dengan kelebihan empat gol.
Aksi dalam babak kedua pula menyaksikan Thomas Muller menjaringkan gol berganda yang mengapit jaringan Maurits Kjaergaar buat Salzburg sebelum Leroy Sane melengkapkan jaringan ketujuh untuk Bayern melangkah ke suku akhir dengan agregat 8-2.
Seterusnya, Bayern akan kembali beraksi dalam saingan Bundesliga dengan bertandang ke lamab Hoffenheim pada Sabtu ini manakala Salzburg pula akan bertemu Sturm Graz sehari kemudian.
