Manchester United bersetuju menandatangani bek kiri Feyenoord, Tyrell Malacia, menurut pengarah kelab Eredivisie itu, Frank Arneson.
Lyon telah dikaitkan dengan perpindahan ke Malacia tetapi United dilaporkan lebih awal bersetuju dengan perjanjian bernilai £12.9 juta (RM69.2j).
Selepas melalui sistem remaja, Malacia telah beraksi 136 perlawanan untuk Feyenoord termasuk 50 penampilan musim lalu ketika anak buah Arne Slot itu menduduki tempat ketiga Eredivisie selain mara ke final Liga Persidangan Europa.
Bercakap kepada 1908NL, Arneson berkata pemain berusia 22 tahun itu hanya perlu bersetuju dengan syarat peribadi yang ditetapkan The Red Devils, apabila mendedahkan: "Perjanjian dengan Man United sudah ada. Kami sedang menunggu kata putus Tyrell.
"Jika Malacia berkata ya, maka perpindahan ke Manchester United akan berlaku."
Malacia membuat penampilan sulung bersama Belanda pada September lalu dan sejak itu telah memenangi empat penampilan lagi untuk negaranya.
Hanya dua pemain Feyenoord mengatasi Malacia dalam soal penampilan terbaik musim lalu iaitu pemain sayap, Bryan Linssen (53) dan pemain tengah, Orkun Kokcu (51), malah pertahanan muda itu terbabit dalam 17 perlawanan Liga Persidangan Europa.
Kehadiran Malacia akan mewakili langkah pertama pengurus baru United, Erik ten Hag, dalam usahanya mengukuhkan benteng yang dibolosi 57 gol Liga Perdana Inggeris (EPL) musim lalu.
