Erik ten Hag mungkin 'padanan sempurna' untuk Manchester United, menurut bekas pemain pertahanan Ajax, Joel Veltman.
Ten Hag akan meninggalkan peranannya sebagai ketua jurulatih Ajax untuk mengambil alih tugas pengurus sementara United, Ralf Rangnick akhir musim ini.

Bagaimanapun, Veltman -- yang berpindah dari Ajax ke Brighton and Hove Albion pada 2020 -- optimis bahawa Red Devils, setelah bermain di bawah Ten Hag di Eredivisie dan percaya pelantikannya boleh menjadi "'erkara paling penting' yang dilakukan kelab itu.
"Saya fikir ia adalah pilihan yang baik hanya kerana taktikalnya sangat bagus, dan saya fikir itu perkara paling penting yang mereka perlukan sekarang," kata Veltman kepada Sky Sports.
"Mereka mempunyai pemain utama, setiap pemain sudah menunjukkan mereka hebat dan boleh beraksi dengan baik dalam liga ini pada tahap tertinggi, jadi mereka hanya memerlukan seorang yang seperti, 'Kawan-kawan, anda perlu melakukan ini, ini dan ini.'
