Stadium Nasional, Bukit Jalil akan kembali menjadi venue perlawanan akhir Piala Malaysia melibatkan pertemuan Kedah dan Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), Sabtu ini.
Kali terakhir final Piala Malaysia diadakan di stadium berkenaan ialah pada 2014 di mana Pahang menewaskan JDT.
Sebelum ini, Kedah melakar kenangan manis di venue itu dengan menjulang Piala FA, Julai lalu.
"Kerjasama yang baik telah diberikan kedua-dua pasukan.
"Tetapi pengumuman utama ialah berkenaan venue perlawanan, iaitu Stadium Nasional, Bukit Jalil dan semua perancangan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan perlawanan Sabtu ini," kata Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Liga Bola Sepak Malaysia (MFL), Kevin Ramalingam.
Sementara itu, Kedah dan JDT, masing-masing akan diperuntukkan sebanyak 26,610 tiket berharga RM50 selain 750 tiket untuk kanak-kanak (RM5).
5,000 tiket diperuntukkan untuk pembelian di atas talian yang akan bermula Rabu ini sementara penjualan tiket secara fizikal di kaunter yang terlibat akan bermula sehari kemudian.
"Kami akan menjual secara fizikal di Stadium Darul Aman kerana berdasarkan perlawanan separuh akhir dan perlawanan akhir Piala FA, kami sudah menambah baik (sistem) penjualan," kata Setiausaha Eksekutif Persatuan Bolasepak Kedah (KFA), Shahrul Samsudin.
"Kami akan mengagihkannya untuk peminat di daerah-daerah melalui pegawai daerah di mana kami mempunyai 10 daerah di Johor. Selain itu, terdapat penjualan secara manual di Stadium Larkin," tambah Setiausaha Kehormat Persatuan Bolasepak Negeri Johor (PBNJ), Kapten Anizam Jamian, pula.
