Wales back-row Ross Moriarty will miss the remainder of the Autumn Nations Cup due to an ankle injury.

The British and Irish Lion did the damage in training ahead of struggling Wales' encounter with Group A leaders England at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday.

Moriarty has also been ruled out of Wales' last match of the tournament the following weekend, when Wayne Pivac's side will face yet to be decided opponents from Group B.

Under pressure head coach Pivac will be hoping Justin Tipuric is given the green light to face the Six Nations champions.

Loose forward Tipuric was struck in the face by Beka Saginadze's swinging arm in Wales' 18-0 win over Georgia last weekend and is undergoing concussion protocols.

England are top of the group, five points clear of Wales and Ireland, with Georgia bottom.
