Thailand’s striking superstar Stamp Fairtex has a to-do list once the action at ONE Championship resumes.

The first thing on the ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion’s list is a rubber match to regain her lost gold.

On 28 February, the Rayong native was bested by Janet “JT” Todd’s precise boxing and lethal high kicks, which earned the American a split decision win and the ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Title.

Now, Stamp is more fired up than ever for a rematch with Todd.

“I would like to go back to training like normal and get back in the ring to take my World Title back [from Todd],” the 22-year-old said.

Besides a rematch against the Boxing Works representative, Stamp still has her sights set on becoming a three-sport World Champion.

She owns a perfect 4-0 record in mixed martial arts, finishing two opponents by knockout and one by submission. Her skills keep improving with every appearance, and she wishes to return to the discipline if given the chance.

“I would like to chase my dream in mixed martial arts, too. I still want to be the three-sport World Champion,” Stamp said.

However, that does not mean the Fairtex Gym standout wants an immediate shot at “Unstoppable” Angela Lee’s ONE Atomweight World Title. She is aware that she has to climb up the ranks to prove herself as a worthy challenger, and she is prepared to take one step at a time.

In previous interviews, India’s martial arts icon Ritu “The Indian Tigress” Phogat and Japan’s atomweight phenom Itsuki “Strong Heart Fighter” Hirata expressed their desire to face-off against Stamp, who seems more than happy to challenge them on her way to a possible mixed martial arts World Title clash.

“I met Ritu before, we fought in the same event. She is shorter but bigger than me. We have different body types,” she said.

“As for Itsuki, she is good at the ground game. She won against Rika Ishige [in October], but that’s because Rika was smaller. Itsuki has more experience in mixed martial arts than Ritu. I think a fight between Itsuki and I would be crazy because we both really go for it.”

Phogat, who is 2-0 in her career, may be one of the most inexperienced of the trio, but she has climbed her way up the division using her world-class grappling. Hirata, on the other hand, has a perfect 7-0 record, finishing all her opponents inside the Circle.

Only time will tell if Stamp can carve a successful path toward her goal of becoming the world’s first three-sport World Champion. But by the looks of it, the young star is well on her way to carrying out that goal.
