Confirmation could arrive for Manchester City, Fulham and West Brom this weekend as the Premier League season edges closer to a conclusion.

For leaders City, victory over Chelsea – the team they will face in the Champions League final – will clinch a fifth title in the Premier League era, a number only rivals Manchester United (13) can top since 1992.

At the other end of the table, the Baggies appear set to be bounced out of the top flight yet again. An Arsenal win at The Hawthorns would confirm a quick return to the Championship for their hosts – and a first ever relegation from the competition for Sam Allardyce in his managerial career.

Fulham are also on the brink of dropping back into the second tier. They have picked up just one point from a possible 18 since winning 1-0 at Liverpool to go level with Brighton and Hove Albion, who were 17th in the time.

Enough doom and gloom, though. It is Friday and that means it is time for some fun. Why not take on this Opta-powered quiz ahead of the latest round of fixtures? Answers below.

1. Leeds United could become the first side to remain unbeaten at home against the 'big six' in a season since West Ham in 2015-16. They have not hosted Spurs at Elland Road since an FA Cup tie in January 2013 – can you remember the exact result of that game?

2. City have lost only one of their previous 24 home Premier League games against London sides (W20 D3), going unbeaten in each of their past 14 such fixtures (W12 D2). So, who were the last opponents from the capital to come out on top at the Etihad Stadium? And, for a bonus point, what was the final score in that match?

3. Ahead of David Moyes facing former club Everton, can you name the West Ham player to have the most shots in the Premier League this season without scoring a goal?

4. Manchester United travel to Aston Villa looking to extend their unbeaten run of 24 Premier League away games (W15 D9), just three shy of the top-flight record set by which club?

5. Crystal Palace will be aiming to complete their first league double over Sheffield United since the 2007-08 season when both teams were in the Championship. They triumphed 1-0 at Bramall Lane in that campaign, but can you name the player – who started his career at Ipswich Town and played for both Leicester City and Coventry City before joining Palace – who scored the winner?
