Ini kerana atlet kelahiran Kota Kinabalu, Sabah itu mengalami kecederaan lutut dalam sesi latihan, seminggu sebelum berlepas ke England.
Jellson menamatkan saingan platform 10 meter seirama lelaki di tempat kelima bersama Hanis Jaya Surya awal pagi tadi.
Dia seterusnya akan berpasangan dengan Datuk Pandelela Rinong dalam acara 10 meter platform seirama campuran di Pusat Akuatik Sandwell pada Isnin ini.
Dalam satu temu bual bersama Wartawan Nadi Arena, Fadhirul Shuhaimi, dia berkata: "Saya berpuas hati kerana dalam keadaan cedera, saya masih boleh lakukan yang terbaik.
"Mungkin susah nak menang kerana darjah kesukaran yang kami lakukan agak rendah.
"Saya mengalami koyak patellar tendon seminggu sebelum Sukan Komanwel dan doktor juga agak was-was untuk melepaskan saya pergi tetapi saya katakan yang saya masih boleh lompat, jadi saya masih dapat buat yang terbaik," katanya.
