ONE Championship will make November a month to remember.

This Friday, 22 November, the world’s largest martial arts organization will bring ONE: EDGE OF GREATNESS to the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The spectacle will feature the return of local heroes, World Champions, and some of the most exciting superstars on the planet.

Before the action gets underway in “The Lion City,” here are three reasons why you must watch ONE: EDGE OF GREATNESS.

Clash Of Knockout Artists

Singaporean and Malaysian fans might witness the birth of a new inter-causeway rivalry between two of the promotion’s fiercest lightweight finishers.

Amir Khan will carry the pride of Singapore into his battle against Malaysian-Kiwi sensation Ev “E.T.” Ting.

Both men looked to be headed towards a mouth-watering clash in the ONE Lightweight World Grand Prix until Saygid “Dagi” Guseyn Arslanaliev showed up to spoil everyone’s plans with two sensational wins.

Since crashing out from the tournament, Khan and Ting are eager to prove their standing in the lightweight division.

A close-quarters battle between two of the division’s finest knockout artists is sure to produce fireworks, so fans will definitely not want to miss this explosive encounter.

Return Of Former Strawweight World Champions

Two former ONE Strawweight World Champions will return to action at ONE: EDGE OF GREATNESS.

Evolve teammates Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke and Alex “Little Rock” Silva are back on the hunt for World Championship gold.

“Little Rock” will kick things off against Chinese athlete Peng Xue Wen. Silva, a Copa do Mundo BJJ World Champion, will pit his BJJ mastery against Peng, a Chinese National Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion.

Next, Muay Thai icon Amnuaysirichoke will battle Pakistani grappler Muhammad “The Spider” Imran in a fiery clash of styles.

World Champion Defends The Gold

Muay Thai legend Nong-O Gaiyanghadao has been on an absolute tear since his ONE Super Series debut in April 2018.

The Muay Thai icon reached the pinnacle of his sport when he defeated Chinese star Han Zi Hao to claim the inaugural ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Championship in February.

Nong-O then successfully defended his gold against worthy challenger Hiroaki Suzuki, and most recently in September, he edged out Brice “The Truck” Delval in a split-decision thriller.

With his confidence at an all-time high, the Singapore-based Thai will face a tough challenge on Friday when he defends his World Title against his countryman, Saemapetch Fairtex, in the main event of the night.

Saemapetch has enjoyed a successful run in ONE Super Series. He authored two sensational wins over Alaverdi “Babyface Killer” Ramazanov and Ognjen Topic to earn his World Title shot.

Both these Thai superstars are on a collision course, and each man will give his best to put the other away. Who will emerge victorious?
