After pulling off one of the greatest comebacks in sports history, Tiger Woods shared a special moment with his family.

Having battled back from career-threatening injuries, Woods triumphed at Augusta National on Sunday, shooting 70 in the final round to earn his fifth Masters win and 15th major title.

Following his win, Woods embraced his son, Charlie, at almost the exact same spot where he had hugged his father, Earl, in 1997 after his first win at Augusta.

"It's come full circle," said the champion. "It's a special feeling."
