Tiger Woods is Masters champion for a fifth time, 14 years on from his last triumph at Augusta.

A 15th major success was secured in sensational fashion on Sunday as Woods overhauled Francesco Molinari's two-shot overnight lead to prevail by one stroke.

Woods signed for a two-under 70 in the final round, finishing on minus 13, just ahead of Xander Schauffele, Dustin Johnson and Brooks Koepka.

Even a bogey at the last could not wipe the huge grin off Tiger's face as he basked in the glory of victory on the grandest stage, having feared he would never play again following a series of troublesome back injuries.
