The Spurs completed a narrow 100-98 win over the Grizzlies Monday night, but may have lost center Pau Gasol in the process.

San Antonio point guard Tony Parker told reporters after the game that Gasol suffered a "bad" shoulder injury.

"He hurt his shoulder and he told me it was bad," Parker said, via the San Antonio Express-News. "So we will see, but I'm pretty sure he's not going to play against Golden State."

The injury occurred in the second half when Pau Gasol collided with his brother Marc, who led the Grizzlies with 23 points.

According to the report, Spurs forward Rudy Gay injured his left eardrum in the first half, and the Spurs medical staff will re-examine both Gasol and Gay on Tuesday.

The Spurs are already without All-Star Kawhi Leonard, who has played just nine games this season due to injury. Gay has also missed significant time, often leaving coach Gregg Popovich scrambling for answers.
