The Cavaliers are facing a big loss as Kevin Love will be out for Thursday's game against the Pistons.

The 30-year-old forward is dealing with a sore foot, Cleveland announced before tip-off. He will be re-evaluated before Saturday night’s game in Cleveland against the Pacers.

Details of how Love injured his foot have not been revealed, though the Akron Beacon Journal noted he had a "noticeable limp" in the locker room after the team's 102-86 loss to the Nets on Wednesday.

In Love's first season in Cleveland without LeBron James, he is averaging a team-high 19 points and 13.5 rebounds per game.

The Cavs have lost their first four games of the season as they fell to the Raptors, Timberwolves, Hawks and Nets.
