The Golden State Warriors are the NBA champions once again.

They have now won two NBA Finals in a row and three of the last four.

So the obvious question going into the offseason is what can anyone do to unseat them in the coming years?

More important, what kind of player movement could affect their chances at a threepeat?

Naturally, all eyes will be on LeBron James, who could decide who wins the NBA championship in 2018-19 simply by where he signs. He kicks off our five storylines to watch in the NBA this offseason.

Five NBA storylines to watch this offseason

1. Where will LeBron James sign? We ask where he will sign because he could stay in Cleveland. If that were to happen, then he likely would have to have another free agent sign with the Cavaliers, but it's not out of the realm of possibility. However, if he does decide to move on, where will he go? The early favorites to land James look like the 76ers because of their young talent and easier road to the NBA Finals in the East, but the Rockets are going to go after him, so they will be a team to watch too.

2. Will Paul George leave Oklahoma City? George has a player option for the 2018-19 season in the five-year deal he signed with the Pacers in 2014, but everyone expects him to opt out. If he does, then where will he go? Would he join James in Cleveland, or would he go back to his hometown Lakers? Or will he not opt out?

3. Can anyone add enough to beat the Warriors? Kevin Durant told ESPN on Thursday that he plans to re-sign with the Warriors this offseason, so taking that into account, what will other teams do to add to their rosters to compete with a Golden State team that brings everyone back? Will the Rockets go after James? Will the Lakers add George and maybe another player like DeMarcus Cousins?

4. Will Chris Paul re-sign with the Rockets? Paul could have been the reason the Rockets knocked off the Warriors. Instead, he got hurt and Houston surrendered a 3-2 series lead in the Western Conference finals. If Paul is healthy, then Houston could have won an NBA title. If he re-signs, then the Rockets will again be the biggest threat to Golden State's Western Conference dynasty? But will he re-sign?

5. Could the Spurs trade Kawhi Leonard? There was undeniable tension between the Spurs and Leonard this season. San Antonio doesn't like drama, but the Spurs love what Leonard does in their system. But is the drama enough for the Spurs to move on? There were rumors they tried to trade Leonard at the draft last year, could they try again?
