Impian yang tersemat sejak 11 tahun lalu akhirnya terlaksana apabila beregu harapan, Hoo Pang Ron-Cheah Yee See, sudah tidak sabar untuk menggegar bumi Birmingham apabila buat julung kalinya ke Kejohanan Seluruh England bulan depan.
Sebelum ini pengalaman dan kisah Seluruh England hanya didengari daripada pemain senior, Vivian Hoo dan serta rakan taulan yang pernah beraksi dalam kejohanan berprestij itu.
Ketiadaan beberapa nama besar dalam saingan edisi kali ini juga turut membuka ruang keyakinan buat pemain berusia 23 tahun itu untuk mencuba mara lebih jauh dalam penampilan pertama mereka.
Pang Ron-Yee See dijadualkan bertemu wakil Denmark, Nicholas Nord-Amelie Magelund, yang menggantikan Sara Thygesen kerana masih belum pulih daripada kecederaan.
"Seluruh England merupakan antara kejohanan terbesar badminton dan ia menawarkan mata ranking serta barisan pemain ternama akan beraksi. Agak teruja dan juga agak gementar," kata Pang Ron.
Pang Ron-Yee See juga dalam misi serampang dua mata, bukan sahaja mahu membuktikan kredibiliti mereka di pentas tertinggi dunia, dalam masa sama mahu keluar daripada bayang senior mereka yang kini sudah tidak lagi sebumbung di Akademi Badminton Malaysia (ABM).
"Sudah tiba masa saya dan Yee See melangkah ke hadapan bagi membuktikan kemampuan kami."
