Masa depan pemain naturalisasi negara, Mohamadou Sumareh, akhirnya terjawab apabila mengambil keputusan untuk berhijrah menyertai penyandang juara Liga Super, Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) sebentar tadi.
Ketika isu mengenai Persekutuan Bolasepak Antarabangsa (FIFA) mengarahkan Persatuan Bolasepak Negeri Pahang (PBNP) membayar ASD1.2 juta (RM4.9 juta) kepada Sumareh, masih sebelum menemui jalan penyelesaian, terdapat perkhabaran baru buat pemain tersebut.
Menurut laman sosial Johor Southern Tigers, Sumareh telah mencapai persetujuan dan berhijrah untuk bersama juara Liga Super tujuh kali berturut-turut itu bagi musim 2021.
Pemain berusia 26 tahun itu sebelum ini menamatkan khidmatnya bersama Pahang sebelum berkelana ke Thailand menyertai Police Tero, bakal menyarung jersi nombor 13 bersama JDT.
Sumareh meluahkan kegembiraannya menerusi Instagram berkata, "Terima kasih @hrhcrownprinceofjohor untuk memberikan peluang kepada saya beraksi bersama pasukan terbaik di Malaysia. Saya berbangga kerana menjadi sebahagian daripada projek JDT dan mahu membantu pasukan meraih lebih banyak gelaran."
