Ketua jurulatih Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), Benjamin Mora, belum mahu meletakkan harapan yang tinggi untuk menjadikan Moussa Sidibe sebagai penggempur utama pasukan Harimau Selatan itu.
Pemain kelahiran Mali itu menampilkan aksi memukau sepanjang aksi pramusim di Dubai ketika ini, di mana dia setakat ini telah menjaringkan dua gol daripada dua perlawanan berturut-turut.
Mora, dalam satu temu bual bersama wartawan Nadi Arena, Zulhelmi Zainal Azam, berkata dia hanya mahukan penyerang barunya itu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan pasukan menjelang saingan Liga Malaysia 2022.
"Dia baru berada di sini selama tiga atau empat hari, jadi kita tidak boleh mengharapkan terlalu banyak perkara daripadanya.
"Kita perlu bersabar, melihat aksinya, memberikannya bantuan dan elemen agar dia dapat menyatu dan mengenali rakan sepasukannya.
"Kita akan lihat nanti. Buat masa ini, dia telah menunjukkan prestasi yang luar biasa sepanjang 45 minit, jadi ayuh berharap dia dapat kekal seperti itu.
"Secara keseluruhan, kesemua pemain import beraksi dengan sangat baik. Mereka berada dalam keadaan terbaik dan bersedia untuk merebut tempat," katanya.
Moussa Sidibe muncul penjaring tunggal JDT ketika menewaskan pasukan Emiriah Arab Bersatu (UAE), Shabab Al Ahli, 1-0 semalam.
Sebelum itu, dia juga menjaringkan satu gol ketika Harimau Selatan terikat 2-2 dengan kelab Slovakia, MSK Zilina.
