Seramai 142 peserta bakal memeriahkan Jambori Berbasikal Mountain Bike (MTB) Persatuan Sukan, Kebudayaan Perkhidmatan Pendidikan (PSKPPS) Peringkat Negeri Sabah 2019 yang akan berlangsung di Telupid, Sabtu ini.
Program berkenaan yang dikelolakan Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Telupid akan mempertandingkan empat kategori, iaitu fun ride yang terbuka kepada semua, kategori lelaki senior, lelaki veteran dan terbuka wanita.
Pengerusi penganjur yang juga pengetua SMK Telupid, Rukimin Sulit, berkata, seramai 142 peserta dari seluruh daerah telah pun mendaftar.
"Semua peserta akan melalui jalan sejauh 36km bagi kategori lelaki, 31km bagi kategori wanita dan 22km bagi kategori fun ride meliputi jalan raya berturap dan jalan berbatu.
"Pelepasan peserta dijangka bermula jam 7 pagi dan akan disempurnakan oleh Ketua Penolong Pengarah Kanan Sektor Pembangunan Murid, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sabah, Datu Roslin Datu Siabuk," katanya.
