Toronto Wolfpack's Jack Bussey will serve a 10-match suspension after he pleaded guilty to a biting charge and accepted a penalty notice for a high tackle in a game against Toulouse.

Both incidents occurred during Toronto's 13-12 victory over Toulouse on Saturday, with Bastien Ader complaining he had been bitten after being tackled by Bussey during the first half.

Referee Tom Grant placed the incident on report to be reviewed by a Rugby Football League panel, as well as a high tackle Bussey also admitted to, during a meeting on Tuesday.

Bussey has subsequently been given an eight-match ban and a £250 fine for the biting offence, while the high tackle resulted in a further two-game suspension.

Toronto confirmed on Monday that Bussey had been stood down from the team's camp.
