Astro will be reshuffling its sports channel numbers effective from 1 August 2019.

Except for Astro Arena (CH801 & CH802 HD), which covers the Malaysian sports scene including the ongoing Malaysia Premier Futsal League and is also available via the Astro Family Pack, all Astro sports channels will be part of the upcoming update.

Here’s a quick channel guide:


Viewers are familiar with Astro Supersport (CH811-CH814 HD, CH831-CH834) as the home of the English Premier League in Malaysia, but the four channels also offer live broadcast of other premium sports such as basketball, badminton, table tennis, squash, aquatics, mixed martial arts and more.



On Fox Sports (CH815-CH817 HD, CH835-CH837), fans can enjoy a variety of sports from football such as Bundesliga, Serie A, AFC Champions League and AFC Cup, to non-stop motorsports action of Formula One and MotoGP, and from the Ultimate Fighting Championship to tennis Grand Slams.



For more exciting football content, fans can watch the likes of UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, A-League, Major League Soccer, and Ligue 1 on beIN Sports (CH818 & CH819).



Eurosport (CH820 HD & CH840) is another multi-sport channel, broadcasting the best competitions in athletics, cycling, diving, equestrian, motocross, shooting and more.



There are also dedicated, specialised sports channels for Astro viewers like regional esports channel eGG Network (CH800), which covers major gaming tournaments featuring Dota 2, League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Mobile Legends Bang Bang, and more.



For fans of professional wrestling, WWE Network(CH821 HD & CH841) is a must-have channel, consisting of all live WWE Pay-Per-View events, reality series, classic shows and documentaries.



Golf Channel (CH822) comes jam-packed with an extensive blend of golf competitions from around the world such as the PGA Tour, European Tour, LPGA Tour and Ryder Cup as well as instructional programmes to help viewers improve their game.

Setanta Sports (CH823) shows the best of rugby including the upcoming Rugby Championship contested annually by New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Argentina, while with Astro Cricket (CH824), you won’t miss the biggest Test matches, One Day Internationals, and Twenty20 Internationals.
