The Pacers will receive a boost to their lineup as guard Victor Oladipo is expected to start Wednesday against the Bucks.

Coach Nate McMillan said Oladipo, who missed the past 11 games with a sore right knee, will be on a minutes restriction.

"(He's) feeling better," McMillan said of the decision to start him, via the team website. "Had a couple of practices, went live yesterday in practice and felt good and he's not experiencing any pain, which is what we were waiting for so we'll give him a shot tonight."

Oladipo hasn't played since a matchup against the Hawks on Nov. 17, and the Pacers have gone 7-4 in his absence. The 26-year-old averaged 21.4 points with 6.6 rebounds in 32.4 minutes before he was sidelined.

“The biggest thing (I can take from this experience) is learning what I need,” Oladipo said Tuesday of his injury, via the Indianapolis Star. “Realizing I’ve put a lot of demand on my body. Things I was able to do when I was 20, 19, I can’t do that anymore as far as like going to super-duper-duper crazy. Rest is big for me and doing the things my body needs and strengthening my body.”

The Pacers are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 17-10 record.
