The Suns were interested in acquiring T.J. McConnell.
Phoenix offered the 76ers a second-round pick for the 26-year-old guard, according to a report from the Philadelphia Inquirer. But, Philadelphia rejected the deal, the report says.
McConnell averaged 6.3 points and four assists in 22.4 minutes per games for Philadelphia last season. He also shot a career-high 43.5 percent from 3-point range.
McConnell, an undrafted free agent out of Arizona, is in his fourth season with the 76ers. He has averaged 6.4 points in 238 NBA games.
Phoenix signed veteran Jamal Crawford to a one-year deal earlier this week, according to a report from The Athletic.
The Suns reportedly had been looking to acquire a guard since they sent Brandon Knight, along with Marquese Chriss, to the Rockets in early September in exchange for Ryan Anderson and De'Anthony Melton.
