There are three teams still in the mix to sign Danny Green.

The Lakers, Mavericks and Raptors remain in contention to land the 32-year-old, the guard announced on his podcast’s official Twitter account Tuesday.

Green, along with star Kawhi Leonard, was sent from the Spurs to the Raptors last summer. He shot a career-high 45.5% from 3-point range on 5.4 attempts per game for Toronto during the regular season as the team went on to win its first title in franchise history.

“It was a great year and I had a lot of fun,” Green told USA Today’s HoopsHype last month. “It was cool — from being traded and not knowing what was going on to coming to a city that welcomed me with open arms and embraced me. I had a pretty good season, with some ups and downs in the playoffs.”

The Lakers acquired Anthony Davis from the Pelicans in June and have enough cap space to sign a third star. They’re pursuing Leonard, as well.

“For me, my biggest thing, my biggest mantra, is winning,” Green said. “I want to be in a situation where I can play, be effective and win. I want to be in an organization that is a contender, so I’m looking at a lot of places that have a really good foundation.”

If he heads to the Mavericks, Green would slot in next to Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis while the Raptors could bring back almost every major piece from their championship-winning team if Leonard and Green re-sign.

“Obviously, I want to maximize on the dollar, but I also want to maximize on the situation,” Green said. “I know I’m not an All-Star or star player, but I want to be remembered as a great role player who won a lot of games and leave my mark in the league.”

Green also won a title with the Spurs in 2013-14.
