Last year's men's singles final served up a memorable encounter between Alexander Zverev and Dominic Thiem as the former became the first non-Big Four to win the tournament since the change to clay court in 2009. Will the German be able to defend his Madrid Open title, especially with Roger Federer making his first clay court appearance in three years and Rafael Nadal aiming to make amends for his recent Monte Carlo and Barcelona Open setbacks?

For the WTA Madrid Open, it is scheduled to be shown on Astro Supersport 4 from quarter-finals (May 9th) onward.

NBA Playoffs: Houston Rockets vs Golden State Warriors

Schedule: Tuesday, May 7th @ 9:30am
Channel: Astro Supersport 4 (CH817 & CH836)
James Harden and Co. made full use of their home advantage to outlast defending champions Warriors in their Game 3 overtime win on Saturday, cutting their Western Conference Semifinal series deficit to 2-1. Now they have a chance to even the series before heading back to the Oracle Arena two days later for Game 5.

ACL: Johor Darul Ta'zim vs Kashima Antlers

Schedule: Wednesday, May 8th @ 8:35pm

The Southern Tigers' hopes of progressing to the AFC Champions League knockout stage are out of their hands, but the Malaysian Super League side can go out fighting by scoring a win against the title holders in front of their fans at the Larkin Stadium, becoming the first Malaysian side to get a Champions League victory at the same time.

UEFA Champions League Semi-Finals, Second Leg

Schedule: May 8th - 9th
Channel: beIN Sports Max (CH841)
As it currently stands, Barcelona and Ajax are favourites to meet in this year's final on June 1 to compete for the European football's holy grail and a chance of doing the Treble unless Liverpool and Tottenham can overturn their respective 3-0 and 1-0 deficits.

UEFA Europa League Semi-Finals, Second Leg

Schedule: Friday, May 10th @ 3:00am
Channels: beIN Sports (CH837), beIN Sports Max (CH841)
Arsenal look like a shoo-in for a place in the Europa League final at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan, after beating Valencia 3-1 in the first leg at home, while it is still 50-50 between Chelsea and Eintracht Frankfurt following a 1-1 draw in Germany.

ONE Championship: Warriors of Light

The best in Muay Thai and kickboxing gather this Friday for one action-packed night in Bangkok. Two belts are on the line, with Nong-O Gaiyanghadao defending his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title against 2014 Shoot Boxing World Cup winner Hiroki Shishido, and Petchdam Petchyindee Academy and Elias Mahmoudi squaring off for the inaugural ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title.

F1 Spanish Grand Prix

Schedule: Sunday, May 12th @ 8:00pm
Channel: Fox Sports (CH818 & CH832)
Can the Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas be stopped? The Silver Arrows have recorded one-two finishes in the opening four races of a season for a place in the history books, and could be in for more in the upcoming F1 race at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. If they finish ahead of other drivers in Spain, the German team will equal their (as well as Ferrari's) achievement of bagging maximum points in five races in a row.

UFC 237: Namajunas vs Andrade

Schedule: Sunday, May 12th @ 10:00am
Channel: Fox Sports (CH818 & CH832)
The Ultimate Fighting Championship is feeling the Samba this week as they head to Rio de Janeiro with a Brazilian-stacked card. Jessica Andrade takes on women's strawweight champion Rose Namajunas in the main event, while former champions Anderson Silva and Jose Aldo are also scheduled to fight in front of their home crowd.

2018/19 Premier League Final Day

Schedule: Sunday, May 12th @ 10:00pm
Channels: Arena (CH801 & CH802), ASSP (CH810 & CH831), ASSP2 (CH811 & CH833), ASSP3 (CH816 & CH834), ASSP+ (CH828), Astro GO
After nine long months, the 2018/19 Premier League season is finally coming to an end. The relegation battle is settled and the top four tussle is all but over, leaving only the key question left unanswered: who will lift the trophy at the end of the day? Will it be Manchester City successfully defending their title, or Liverpool winning their first league title since 1990? It's squeaky bum time.

Serie A: Roma vs Juventus

Schedule: Monday, May 13th @ 2:30am
Channel: Fox Sports (CH818 & CH832)
Despite sealing their eighth straight Serie A title last month, the Old Lady have suffered a slight dip in form of late. They have been knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by Ajax and picked up only three wins in eight matches, including two consecutive 1-1 draws with Inter Milan and Torino. Claudio Ranieri's men, who are pushing for a top-four finish, might be smelling blood in the water.
