Philadelphia 76ers star Jimmy Butler wasted little time in trolling Manchester United for the Champions League loss to Paris Saint-Germain.
The four-time All-Star is averaging 19 points and 4.8 rebounds in 32 minutes per game with Philadelphia.
The Philadelphia 76ers do not expect Jimmy Butler to be sidelined for too long.
“It isn’t something that we are or he is worried about in the sense of this is a lingering, long-term thing,” 76ers coach Brett Brown said.
The 76ers pulled off a 149-107 over the Timberwolves on Tuesday in Jimmy Butler's first game against Minnesota since his trade.
“I do want to beat those guys, but I want to beat every team, that’s for sure,” Butler said. “Like I said, a win at home is always good."
Butler will take on his former team Tuesday for the first time since he was traded from the Timberwolves to the 76ers in November.
The 76ers star was angry after taking an elbow to the face while guarding the Hawks' Alex Len during Friday's 123-121 loss.
The four-time All-Star is averaging 19.2 points and five rebounds in 31.7 minutes per game with Philadelphia.
