Hull FC did the damage early on against London Broncos to land a 35-22 victory over the team at the foot of Super League.

Tries from Carlos Tuimavave, Bureta Faraimo, Joe Westerman, Jake Connor and Josh Griffin helped third-placed Hull charge 28-0 ahead after 20 minutes at the KCOM Stadium.

When Ratu Naulago seized on a loose ball and sprinted the length of the pitch to add a sixth Hull try in the 35th minute, it looked like lowly Broncos were in for a morale-damaging defeat.

Marc Sneyd booted five first-half goals as Hull reached the interval 34-0 ahead, but Broncos scythed into that advantage after the break.

Matty Fleming was the first Broncos player to cross, before smart footwork from Jordan Abdull saw the stand-off wriggle through against his former club.

Sadiq Adebiyi barged over in the 61st minute and then added another try in the closing moments, after Sneyd dropped a goal for Hull, as Broncos ended the match with momentum but counting the cost of their dreadful start.
