Brisbane Broncos thrashed Gold Coast Titans 34-0 in the NRL on Sunday, although wing Jamayne Isaako appeared to pick up an injury late in the dominant victory.

Brisbane had lost 26-14 at home to their Queensland rivals in April, but they emphatically gained revenge at Cbus Super Stadium.

Kodi Nikorima started the rout in just the third minute when he crossed after being played in by Kotoni Staggs, Isaako adding the extras and then sending over a 10th-minute penalty.

Staggs did well to gather Jaydn Su'A's high, flicked off-load before showing tremendous strength to cross the line in the 20th minute.

And some neat footwork from Darius Boyd allowed the Broncos' captain to claim his team's third try of the half in the 31st minute, Isaako converting both scores as the rampant visitors went in at the break 20-0 ahead.

There was little respite for the beleaguered Titans in the second term, Isaako slotting two penalties before Joe Ofahengaue barrelled his way over on the hour mark.

And there was time for Jonus Pearson to score the pick of the bunch with three minutes to go, the wing getting on the end of a cross-field sequence of passes to dive over and complete the rout.

The only blemish for Brisbane was the sight of Isaako in minor discomfort over an apparent quadriceps issue late in a victory that sent Wayne Bennett's team seventh, eight points clear of Gold Coast in 11th.
