Tito Rabat says he is already recovering after having successful surgery on a triple leg-break suffered at the British Grand Prix.
The Spanish Avintia Ducati rider was taken to University Hospital Coventry after being struck by Franco Morbidelli's bike having aquaplaned during a final MotoGP practice session, which was abandoned following several crashes at Silverstone.
Sunday's race was eventually cancelled due to torrential rain and standing water on the track.
Rabat posted a picture on Twitter and wrote: "Thank you very much for all your support. Already recovering and looking forward to go back home."
