Malaysian Super League side T-Team completed three local signings in the mid-season transfer window.
Among them was Asrol Ibrahim, who returned to the club after initially leaving for Terengganu six months ago.
The 30-year-old, who was one of T-Team's key players last season, failed to impress Turtles head coach Irfan Bakti Abu Salim and was reduced to a bit-part role.
According to him. the situation pushed him towards returning to the Super League side, where he would now do his best to get back into Rahmad Darmawan's starting XI.
"I am ready to work hard with my other team-mates to regain the coach's trust," he said.
Also joining T-Team were MISC-MIFA captain Ooi Shee Keong and Melaka United winger Syed Sobri Syed Muhammad.
Each of the three players signed a one-year deal with T-Team today in the presence of team manager Kamil Othman.
"The signings will further strengthen the team because they are quality players and injury-free," said Kamil.
"I am sure everyone [at the club] is happy with the new signings, especially with the return of our former player, Asrol."
