Ilsinho scored a second-half brace as MLS Eastern Conference leaders Philadelphia Union overturned a two-goal deficit in their 3-2 win over New York Red Bulls.

Substitute Ilsinho came off the bench and netted twice in 11 minutes to see high-flying Union past the Red Bulls, who led 2-0 at half-time on Saturday.

Goals from Kaku and Brian White had the visiting Red Bulls – riding a five-game unbeaten streak – firmly in control after 45 minutes in Philadelphia.

However, Ilsinho's introduction eight minutes into the second half turned the match on its head at Talen Energy Stadium.

Brazilian midfielder Ilsinho dribbled past Connor Lade before teeing up Jamiro Monteiro to reduce the deficit on the hour-mark.

Ilsinho equalised a minute later after taking on Lade and Daniel Royer as his shot deflected off Sean Nealis and past Luis Robles.

The 33-year-old completed his brace after rebounding Monteiro's penalty, which was initially saved by Robles with 18 minutes remaining.

With back-to-back wins the Union moved four points clear of Montreal Impact, while the fifth-placed Red Bulls slipped seven points off the pace.

Chris Wondolowski took his regular-season MLS career goal tally to 152 in San Jose Earthquakes' 2-2 draw against Dallas.

After Daniel Vega's 27th-minute own goal put Dallas ahead, MLS recordholder Wondolowski equalised just seconds after half-time.

Magnus Eriksson then gave the Earthquakes a 2-1 lead in the 54th minute but Francis Atuahene earned a point for Dallas 11 minutes later.

Meanwhile, Colorado Rapids extended their undefeated run to five games by edging Minnesota United 1-0.
