The broadcast talent of the upcoming Kuala Lumpur Major will feature several familiar names from The International 2018 (TI8).

Two of the TI8 hosts, Paul "Redeye" Chaloner and Jorien "Sheever" van der Heijden, will headline the talent line-up as hosts of the highly anticipated Major, in which the main event will take place from November 16 to 18 at the Axiata Arena, Kuala Lumpur.

The analyst desk will also include TI8 analysts David "GoDz" Parker, Dominik "Black" Reitmeier, Brian "BSJ" Canavan, and Johan "pieliedie" Åström, who helped Fnatic finish 13th-16th in Vancouver, Canada, last August.



Completing the TI8 alumnus are observers Rikard "skrff" Holm and Johan "Weppas" Westberg, and content creator Jacob "SirActionSlacks" Kanner.

On top of other renowned names, the tournament will feature eGG Network's Faraz Shababi and Danelie Purdue as well as regional talent Pinda "PindaPanda" Rika Dorji, Sean "Hades" Goh, Partibhan "OnTheGo" and Lysander Xonora.

The Kuala Lumpur Major will see 16 of the best Dota 2 teams around the world compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool.

The 15 teams confirmed so far are Europe's Team Secret, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Alliance; CIS' Virtus.pro, Gambit Esports; China's PSG.LGD, Vici Gaming, Team Aster; Southeast Asia's Fnatic, TNC Predator; North America's Evil Geniuses, Forward Gaming, J.Storm; and South America's paiN Gaming, paiN X.

The final team will be decided at the DreamLeague Minor in November, featuring the likes of Ukraine's Natus Vincere, American team compLexity Gaming and Chinese side Royal Never Give Up.
