Kumar Sangakkara led the plaudits after Sri Lanka sealed a historic series win in South Africa.
The Lions' eight-wicket success was wrapped up on the third day and secured a 2-0 whitewash.
It means Sri Lanka are the first Asian nation to win a Test series in South Africa.
Afterwards, Lions legend Sangakkara was among a host of stars who took to Twitter to laud the side's achievement.
