Westbrook claimed his 25th triple-double of the season in Oklahoma City's 114-102 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in NBA action on Friday.
Harden had 42 points as the Rockets rallied to beat the Chicago Bulls 121-117.
The Orlando Magic heaped further misery on the Toronto Raptors, winning 102-94.
WESTBROOK LIFTS THUNDER
The All-Star guard recorded 38 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists.
Thunder team-mate Steven Adams added a double-double via 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Marc Gasol led the Grizzlies with 31 points.

Harden fell just short of a triple-double in Houston.
The All-Star had 42 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists, and he made a jumper with 36.1 seconds remaining in overtime before making a free throw to see the Rockets to victory.
TORONTO'S WOES CONTINUE
Friday's loss marked Toronto's seventh defeat in nine games.
The Raptors have struggled without All-Star guard DeMar DeRozan, who has missed six games.
Jonas Valanciunas, Kyle Lowry and Norman Powell had 18 points apiece.
The Magic were led by 20 points each from Serge Ibaka and Evan Fournier.
