Golden State appears like it's losing another player to free agency.

Bell, 24, was reportedly extended a qualifying offer from the Warriors late last week, making him a restricted free agent. But the team has "no plans" to match the offer, according to the Mercury News.
Golden State used a second-round pick on Bell in 2017, and he contributed 4.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in 57 appearances during the Warriors' title run that season. But he took a step back in his sophomore campaign and lost playing time, averaging 3.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per contest.
Bell wasn't pleased with his minutes during the 2017-18 playoffs and Warriors coach Steve Kerr said he was "going to play" ahead of this year's postseason. While Bell did make two playoff starts due to Golden State's depleted roster in 2018-19, he averaged fewer minutes per game than he did in his rookie year.
Bell could be seeking out a larger role and the Timberwolves are an ideal spot for that. They've parted with Taj Gibson and Dario Saric, which opens up space in the frontcourt alongside Karl-Anthony Towns.
