The Warriors will be without a key part of their rotation as Andre Iguodala will be sidelined for their season opener against the Rockets at Oracle Arena Tuesday, according to an announcement from the team.

The 33-year-old has been recovering from a back strain and it's likely Golden State does not want to risk injuring his back any further.

The Warriors also announced that Omri Casspi will be available to play in their season opener, which could be an option off the bench to relieve Kevin Durant. Casspi's status has been in question while dealing with an ankle injury.
