Former rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight made his NBA title prediction from a courthouse Monday.

Knight, a co-founder of Death Row Records, is accused of driving his car into two men, killing one and injuring the other, after a January 2015 argument, according to the Los Angeles Times.

During a hearing Monday, a judge asked Knight who he thought would win the NBA championship.

“Houston,” Knight said, according to the Times.

"All right, Houston. Good pick," the judge responded.

The Rockets finished the 2017-18 regular season with a 65-17 record and entered the NBA playoffs with the Western Conference’s top overall seed. Houston topped Minnesota 119-100 Monday night to take a 3-1 lead in its opening round series. The Rockets scored 50 third-quarter points en route to the win.

Knight has pleaded not guilty in his murder case. His trial is set for Sept. 24, according to the Times.
