Ayesha Curry’s new restaurant in Houston is off to a rough start before it even opens, but by no fault of her own.
Rockets fans, still clearly upset by the Warriors bouncing the hometown team from the NBA playoffs, have electronically littered the new International Smoke location with one-star Yelp reviews.
Here’s a taste of the hate:
Was eating here but then I saw a big snake. I named him Kevin. Anyways this place isn't all that it's cut out to be. Workers seem to take the easy way out of life, instead of focusing on healthy restaurant competition. Also, the curry they use is just terrible I tells ya.
Much better options in City Centre and nearby Memorial City mall. People are loyal, as opposed to those from California or last named Durant.
Anyways, I would steer clear of this place for the sake of Houston
This is absolutely the worst place to go - her husband cheated his way to a championship and now she has the guts to open up a place here?? I would never set foot in this place even if it was the last place on earth.
P.S. This restaurant is full of snakes

This is H-Town ..
They didn't even have moist brisket! Waited 35 mins for water and it tasted like Seth curry tears ! Will never be back ! Can't support this place ..
