The Pelicans fell to the Rockets 107-101 on Friday. and New Orleans coach Alvin Gentry wasn't afraid to share his thoughts on how the game was officiated.

Gentry was livid and made it clear that he felt the officials were guessing on calls. He also feels the refs do not treat Anthony Davis like other star players, claiming his big man "never gets a call."

The Pelicans coach was outspoken on the court and picked up a technical foul with five minutes remaining in the game after walking away from an official, but he said he walked away so he wouldn't get a technical.

“We try to play the right way and we play our a-- off and what happened to us is that AD never gets a call,” Gentry told reporters, raising his voice. “He never gets a call.

“We talk about them holding him. We talk about them grabbing him on rolls. We talk about them coming under him on post ups. He never gets a call. Not one. And you know why? Because he doesn’t b---h and complain about it. He just keeps playing the game.”

Gentry didn't stop there, adding he's so "sick and tired of it" and that he just wants the officials to "call it both ways" so New Orleans has an equal opportunity to win the game.

“It’s not right. It’s not right,” he said. “Because you know what? We’re battling our ass off for a playoff spot. And all we want is to have the game called the right way. And I’ll take the damn fine that they’re gonna give me tomorrow, that’s fine.”
