Russell Westbrook doesn't have to complain about Paul George getting snubbed as an All-Star anymore.

Pelicans center DeMarcus Cousins suffered a torn Achilles tendon in Friday's game against the Rockets and can't play in the game. The NBA announced Saturday that George will replace Cousins on the roster.

Somewhat appropriately, George will join Russell Westbrook on Team LeBron James. It is unclear whether George will start considering Cousins was elected a starter.

George is averaging 20.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game on the season.

Cousins was putting up 25.2 points and 12.9 rebounds per game.

This is George's fifth All-Star appearance.
