Nemanja Bjelica won't be heading to Philadelphia after all.

The Serbian forward, who recently completed his third season with the Timberwolves, has opted to return to Europe this season instead of playing for the 76ers, the Philadelphia Inquirer first reported.

Bjelica had agreed to a one-year deal worth $4.4 million with the Sixers but never signed his contract.

According to ESPN, Bjelica informed the team of his decision Monday.

Bjelica, 30, began his professional career overseas in 2007 and earned EuroLeague MVP honors in 2015. He averaged 6.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game last season for the Timberwolves.
