As trade conversations surrounding Kawhi Leonard continue to heat up, Lakers forward Brandon Ingram could possibly end up in San Antonio.

After reports surfaced Thursday that the Spurs are in talks with several teams in which Leonard is interested, including the Lakers and Celtics, it was revealed that Los Angeles is "willing to include former No. 2 pick Brandon Ingram and a future first-round pick in a package for Leonard," according to ESPN, citing unidentified league sources.

However, the report indicates that the Spurs might want more for the two-time All-Star.

USA Today reported earlier Thursday about a "Godfather Lakers offer" — an allusion to the classic movie's line "an offer that can't be refused" — that could leave rival teams unable to compete against what Los Angeles might offer.

According to a separate ESPN report earlier this week, the Lakers are feeling increased pressure to make a deal for Leonard happen as Paul George and LeBron James have progressively murky futures ahead of free agency, which begins Sunday.
