The Raptors are ready to rally.

After losing Game 1 of the second-round series against the Cavaliers, Raptors president Masai Ujiri is excusing Toronto fans from work early Thursday so they can be prepared to show their support for Game 2.

"It's an earlier start than usual and we need the entire city — the entire country — to be ready," Ujiri wrote on Twitter. "I'm personally asking for you help by excusing your Raptors fans early so they can be ready to be in their seats at Air Canada Centre, outside in the square, or tuning in from home to show everyone that it is North over everything!

"Thank you, as always, for your support. We the North!"

Toronto held a double-digit lead over Cleveland in the second half of Tuesday's game, but shot 3 for 20 down the stretch in a 113-112 overtime loss to the Cavs.

The Raptors will look to even the series at 6 p.m. ET Thursday before heading to Cleveland for games 3 and 4.
