Cavaliers point guard George Hill is listed as questionable for Sunday's Game 4 of the Cavs' first-round series against the Pacers after having an MRI on his back, the team announced Saturday.

Results of the MRI have not been released, but the team says Hill is suffering from back spasms, per Cleveland.com.

Hill was initially injured in Game 1 of the series, but he played 20 minutes in Game 2, scoring six points. He put up 13 points in Game 3 and was on the court for 23 minutes before exiting the game.

If Hill can't play Sunday, coach Tyronn Lue said Jose Calderon likely would get the start.

"Right now G-Hill is getting an MRI on his back to see what's going on, so we'll see going forward," Lue said. "So you might be seeing Jose."

The Cavaliers are down 2-1 in the series.
