Things took a heated turn in Game 4 of the 76ers and Heat's first-round series.

A scuffle broke out in the second quarter between the two teams after Robert Covington fouled Goran Dragic. James Johnson got physical, pushing Covington and then Ben Simmons came to the defense of his teammate.

Covington's foul came seconds after the whistle blew, which likely sparked the reacton from Johnson.

Both teams had to be separated by officials, and the fight left Justise Winslow needing four stitches near his left eye.

Simmons received a personal foul while Covington and Johnson got double technical fouls.

The 76ers lead the series 2-1.
