The Rockets and Clint Capela have agreed to a contract, Houston announced Friday.

ESPN is reporting the deal is for five years, $90 million.

According to the Athletic, there are no team or player options in the deal.

Capela is coming off of a career year in which he averaged 13.9 points, 10.8 rebounds and 1.9 blocks.

He was a restricted free agent, but he did not sign offer sheet with another team.

"I'm happy for him man," James Harden told reporters Friday. "This is an opportunity for him, obviously to play the game of basketball, but to be able to provide for your family for generations, that's what we do it for."

The 24-year-old reportedly turned down a five-year, $85 million offer in early July.

He was rumored to want a similar contract to the four-year, $100 million deal center Steven Adams signed with the Thunder.
