DeMarcus Cousins, who put up huge numbers for the Pelicans in their first two games, earned another big number Saturday: The NBA fined the forward $25,000 for "inappropriate language" directed toward a fan during the team's loss in Memphis Wednesday night.

CBS Sports reported Cousins allegedly told a woman, "F--- you, b----."

This is not Cousins' first confrontation with a fan that ended with a fine. Most recently, the NBA fined him $25,000 in February for raising his middle fingers toward a fan wearing a Warriors jersey. In early March, the NBA fined him $50,000 for two separate incidents involving inappropriate language directed at fans.
