The Jazz selected Duke star Grayson Allen with the No. 21 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.

After hitting a home run last year by selecting Donovan Mitchell in the first round, Utah added an elite shooter in Allen, who averaged 15.5 points per game last season.

"We had a bunch of good battles when he was at Louisville, and I'm excited to be on the same team now," Allen said of Mitchell on ESPN.

Though controversial for his on-the-court tripping antics, Allen looked like a superstar as a sophomore with the Blue Devils, averaging 21.6 points per game. His offense dipped each of his last two seasons, but he still put up big numbers.

Likely to come off the bench, Allen should help the Jazz become more dynamic on offense.
