A man has been arrested after he was accused of sending threats to NBA commissioner Adam Silver, the New York Post reported.

David Pyant, a 27-year-old from Queens, told Silver he would kill him if Silver didn't let him play in the NBA.

"(I'm going to) come up there and kill you with my f—ing gun,” Pyant wrote in an email, which was dated from July.

He was arrested May 11 and charged with aggravated harassment, according to the report.

Pyant already has 13 prior arrests, including a robbery charge he served prison time for.
