LeBron James is frustrated, and when he gets irritated, blame gets thrown around. This is a big reason why he reportedly cursed out two Cavaliers executives in "maybe the worst team meeting in NBA history" last month.

That meeting has been cut up and dissected and evaluated to death and everyone knows the story at this point. Everyone yelled at each other, Kevin Love took the brunt of the blame, and teammates came out annoyed with Isaiah Thomas.

According to ESPN though, the frustration has carried over far beyond that meeting. The Cavaliers are no longer just frustrated and annoyed with Thomas, they are "no doubt" tired of James, and that's because he is currently unhappy with how poorly his team is playing.

"One of his character flaws is he has this passive-aggressive bent that he gets into and he's also moody, which maybe that's the same thing," ESPN's Brian Windhorst said on "The Dan Le Batard Show" Wednesday.

"And he gets in these sort of moods, we've seen this for years, and he's in a mood right now and he's depressed because of the state of the roster."

More specifically, James is reportedly unhappy with how he and Thomas are playing together.

"They don't play together at all on the court," Windhorst said. "A couple days ago our stats and information group sent me that Isaiah was shooting less than 20 percent on passes from LeBron, so LeBron's throwing him passes and Isaiah's making none of them."

Meanwhile Thomas called out the Cavaliers' mental toughness after the team's loss to the Magic Tuesday saying, "When we hit adversity, we go our separate ways."

Thomas currently last in the NBA in defensive efficiency and is shooting 35 percent in the process. Windhorst believes only way to fix the team chemistry may be to trade the diminutive guard, even though he has not heard of anything concrete indicating that will happen.

"I think if the Cavs want to salvage this season with the spirit of the team they have to seriously look at doing that," Windhorst said. "But also, I can't sit here and look you in the eye and tell you that Isaiah will not recover enough to be a great player again in two months, I mean, it's a pretty big risk, but I'm going to tell you that if you watch the way the team plays, the spirit when LeBron is out there with Isaiah is absolutely palpable."
