Lakers guard Lonzo Ball faces a fine from the NBA if he leaves his Big Baller Brand tattoo uncovered on his arm.

Los Angeles told TMZ Ball covered the tattoo during the Lakers' preseason matchup with the Warriors Wednesday because the NBA told the guard he would be fined if he did not.

Ball joins Cavaliers guard JR Smith as players who have been told to cover up tattoos featuring commercial logos this preseason. Smith was told to cover a "Supreme" tattoo on his leg.

Both players covered up their tattoos with tape.

“NBA rules prohibit players from displaying any commercial logos or corporate insignia on their body or in their hair,” the league’s Executive Vice President of Communications Mike Bass told The Washington Post.
